I have no clue what's going on with the kids. Yesterday the three year old cried all day. Every little thing seemed to upset her. And she tells me she is fine, nothing is wrong. Well, I am wondering if she needs more mommy time.
Of course Noah now seems to be sleeping through the night, but he wants to be up between 5 and 6 in the morning. that SOOOOO does not work for me. I am TRYING to get him to sleep till at least 6, and then slowly move that to 7 in the morning. If he gets up closer to 5 hubs takes care of him, and sometimes i can get to sleep till 7. how much i need my sleep.
I FINALLY got my nieces shirt made up today. Now hopefully I can get her skirt made up and mailed to her by the end of the week. I want her to have when she goes on vacation in a week. I know she will be SUPER excited to get it. Tonight i worked on some bibs. I made up a dozen of them. Of course I just decided to make them how i like them, and no pattern. I am almost thinking the next time I should make a bit bigger. Thinking of getting some vinyl and making the front a vinyl so they are easy to wipe off. And then adding some pockets. my little guy likes to hide everything in the seat. Maybe with the pockets he will hide there, and it's MUCH easier to clean up that way.

The week is over.... time to relax
We have had a VERY busy week. So glad it's over. My kids wanted to do vacation bible school so why not. They had tons of fun this past week. WELL, about 5 days BEFORE it started I was asked if I would be in charge of the games area. Of course I said yes. I gave a stipulation though, I couldn't lift anything. Since I am still coming off of surgery. I got all the information when I showed up Monday morning. I had 5 boys helping me out. They were GREAT. We had free time in the morning, so every morning they were in the kitchen helping them set up for all the snacks. The kitchen staff was VERY thankful.
Of course though with 5 boys you can be SURE it stayed interesting all week. I think they had more fun than the kids. Friday was an ice cream party and they helped scoop about 150+ bowls of ice cream. and they help to serve it as well. Of course the boys IMMEDIATELY asked me if I was helping next year, and when I asked why, their response, "We want to be with you again." So I guess I am running games again. At least now I have a year notice. Here is just 3 of them that helped me. The other ones didn't want their pic taken.

I was lucky enough to find this great product. Baby bond really does allow you to bond with your baby while nursing him/her. Both of my children HATE to be covered up. So this does present a problem when out and about. It makes it difficult to nurse ANYWHERE in public. I always have had to plan my outings around my kids napping schedules AND eating schedule. Mixbook... A new photo book company
I received a MixBook to review. I received a softcover book. I thought that softcover book was nice as it was able to take some more abuse than a hardcover book. Since it can be bent a lot easier. Next time I order I would definitely do that hardcover if it's something I want to keep in the book shelf.
Mixbook offers a variety of products. You can get scrapbooks, digital scrapbooks, and calendars and the photo books. Now the photobooks have MANY different layouts, and you can add your own text message where you want it, and can put the picture where you want as well. I like that I can resize the pictures and crop how I like them. With other companies you put the picture in the spot and it stays there. With mixbook. you get to have fun with your pictures.
Now while you are working on the book, you know you at some point realize you dont' have enough pictures. To either complete the project or even just that one picture that you REALLY wanted. So with mixbook, you can have someone put the picture there for you. Or make a collaboration of you and your friends or family all working on it together. So a gift for your parents everyone can work on together.

Strawberry Time
It's about strawberry time. I can't wait. We didn't plant any of the garden this year. thinking i should have planted some squash and there is still time if i want to do that one. But the strawberries are almost ready. YEAH.
3 years ago after my daughter was born, i was given 6 strawberry plants. I have at least 100 plants now. And that's just from those 6. it's a nice thick patch. I looked this morning, and it's coming along so nicely. We have a free red ones, so those were picked and eaten. YUM.
Hubs and I have been talking we think we are going to try our hand at making some wine. It seems everyone else in the family does, so why not us. We aren't big wine drinkers, so I am sure it will last a LONG time. But then with the numerous family parties we attend every year, I am sure it will be consumed.
