BalboaBaby Sling Carrier

To continue on with the Baby Carrier reviews, up next is Balboa Baby Sling Carrier.  This one I do enjoy.  The sling is so easy to use.  Just pop over your head adjust and put your baby it.  And then if you need to adjust a bit more.

This one has no stretch to it, as other carriers at times have.  This is a cotton woven material.  The shoulder part is padded.  I do like that for sure.  The padding gives some relief to my shoulder.  I found it very helpful as I have had shoulder surgery.  So this does not bother it at all.

The sling has a pocket, so you can put small items in it.  It is the same on both side, so You can wear on the Left or the Right side, whichever is more comfortable for you.

When adjusting the sling, you just need to open the ring up a little bit to pull the sling further through.  If you have more than about 15 inches pulled through, there is a loop on the pouch that you can slip the extra through.  That was a nice feature, so there was nothing really loose and hanging around.

I am not a fan of the tag.  As you can see in the picture it does show.  But for me it has never really bothered me at all.  My son is about 33 lbs.  He fits the sling great.  He enjoys being carries.  As you can see in the picture.

I like the adjustable part of it.  I use the Balboa and so does my husband.  And we are completely different sizes.  So it's great that I can have it fit me and then later he can wear it.  I have loaned this one out as well, when my sister was here, and my nephew didn't want to get out.  That was actually quite funny as my son did not want to share any of his carriers at all.  He was very possessive.

I do enjoy the colors of them as well.  The main color is a solid.  They all have a nice accent print as well.  So you don't have to worry about it not matching your outfit, with a print.

Did you know that the Balboa sling had Dr. Sears helping to design it  How great is that one . He is already considered a well known Pediatrician, and to have him help with something to make it easier on moms and the bonding time, is a huge plus.

Now that you have read about it, I am sure you want to give one a try.  You can purchase one, and they are very reasonable in price.  You and your baby will enjoy it.

And if you are the ONE lucky person, you can win one.
