Educational Insights has really great products! They graciously allowed me to review the GeoSafari® Vega 360 Telescope. I am so excited about this telescope. I have a grandson who has an attic bedroom with solar system objects on his walls and ceilings. He has a window that will be perfect to use this telescope to view all the wonders in the sky.
The GeoSafari® Vega 360 Telescope comes in a nice, bright purple box. It is well packed and all the pieces were in perfect shape when received. So you can rest easy, knowing it will arrive in good condition.
Then came the fun of putting it together. I'm actually pretty good putting things together and it only took about 15 minutes.
However, figuring out HOW to use the telescope was not so easy for me. Remember, I'm good at putting things together, not figuring out how to use them. LOL. Actually, there is a really good instruction booklet that comes with the telescope. It gives step-by-step instructions for using the telescope in different scenarios.

Mom, turn it around and I'll show you how to use it.
Just in time for Christmas, Educational Insights has agreed to provide the winner of my giveaway a GeoSafari® Vega 360 Telescope.
This seems to be a great idea for any child. I know my daughter LOVES the moon. She calls the moon her friend. A telescope would keep her occupied for hours. The only downside, is she doesn't get to stay up too long when it's dark outside, during the summer. In the winter since dark is early enough she can watch the stars and the moon for hours.
